I have an appointment to drop my car this week... Dealership will try to fix it. In the meantime they will give me a loaner... So lets say that the dealership I'm dealing with is not aware of this issue, they will try to start fixing it maybe with replacing headlights, after that maybe a program update. That will probably take the rest of the week and probably a day or two from next week (Considering this is a US holiday long weekend). In the meantime I can drive around town and do all my shopping in the loaner, put some miles on it, they will probably give me one of the new three series or maybe one of the Xs.
Now the question are, should I even bother taking my car to service knowing that they still don't have a fix for this? Should I make use of that loaner for the rest of the week? Should I wait and see if the put a brand new set of headlights to try to fix the problem?

Cheers, - I was just surprised that terminology was used by "civilians" in the US and wanted to confirm it ! Was used to hearing "24 hour clock"...
Have to use Z time everyday at work and was getting paranoid

Went to the dealer to pick up an oil filter, and had them look at the brow lights. They looked at, and told me I had the latest CIP. They told me that when they come out with CIP 24 they would call me. I asked how long, and was told in about 2 weeks?

How do you know im not in the military, Just Kidding I know in europe the 24 hour clock setup is common, but here in the US its a rarity. I just know that 13= 1:00pm. so then I have to start doing math just to know what time it is

Just had 23.02 installed on my E61. Business Radio (no NAV) and In-dash CD player still doesn't play MP3

Eyebrows not working fine

Technically speaking UTC or UT (aka Zulu time or GMT) is a `time zone.' Military time is also known as the 24-hour clock (a bit of a misnomer) or `army time' in some parts of the world. I'm just glad we don't have to use epoch time in our daily lives.

Now if I can only get my car to show DDMMYY while still using a 12hr clock that would sync with GPS I would be happy.
