title says it all, multiple searches only showed different LED conversions or 'how to replace' the angel eye bulb. I need to know what the stock bulb is, left side outer angel eye bulb went out last night.

Thanks to anyone that can answer this for me, I couldn't seem to find my answer in realoem either.

car does have xenons, if that makes a difference.

A friend of mine just bought these off Ebay and I installed them in his 2005 e60 5 series. They look great! Much better than the yellowish stock ones. The url for the ebay listing is below. In the listing description is a video on how to install them. You do have to remove the headlight but it was very easy. Each headlight is held in place with 4 screws. Take those out and manipulate the headlight to get it out. Then switch the bulbs. The video says it all. Best of all no error! The listing below is also the exact bulbs for your 04. Hope this helps!

By the way there is only one bulb which runs both halos. If you only have one halo out then there could be another issue. None the less I would pull the headlight and check it out. The white bulbs look much better than the stock bulbs anyway.

Search for the DIY - very popular mod; careful buying poorly made versions; they may be cheaper but ... you know the rest of the story! Shop the Forum vendors - may cost a couple $$ more but worth it in the long run.
