AC or Fan turns on by itself

AC or Fan turns on by itself
My AC or fan turns on automatically after I start the car and I usually turn it off. But it is getting worse now. AC or fan turns on be itself after I have turned it off and I have to do it more then once since it turns on multiple times. Does you car do that ?

Mine did and after after I recorded it on video, the dealer finally took care of it. They replaced the whole AC electronic module. My buddy who just got a cpo 2008 535i is having the same issue. Best bet is to catch it on film because if its like my issue, its very erratic and the dealer might not be able to replicate it.
