Alternator bracket seal BMW vs. URO part

Alternator bracket seal BMW vs. URO part
What is your suggestion with this seal, replacing with BMW original part or URO part?
This seal is BMW p/n 12317507808
Also bracket 3 front mounting bolt holes have adjustable bushings, so what gets torqued first these 3 bolts (red arrows) or other bolts (blue arrows) ?
I'm noticing many posts where bracket has cracked, most likely due to these 3 bushing not being adjusted properly.
