(1) The bluetooth retrofit kit to be made compatible with Nav Pro
(2) The dealer not to charge me ?1000 to fit (1)
(3) The Voice Control I was supposed to get as a free retrofit (yeah, right)
(4) The Hartge ECU upgrade in 6 months time
