Air in transmission fluid when changing fluid

Hi all,
Just have a quick question. I am doing a transmission fluid change and my fluid transfer pump broke so I had to use a large syringe with a plastic tube to fill the transmission fluid.
Now the issue is that I noticed that sometimes the syringe would aspirate a bit of air when I filled it . Of course when I transferred the fluid to the transmission this air would then also be injected inside. I wasn't too worried initially as I assumed the air bubbles will just escape the fluid (like how air bubbles escapes from a glass of water) but I'd rather be sure. So does anyone know if there is any cause for concern about this?
Thanks!

That shouldn't be a problem.
Did you make sure correct amount of fluid is in the trans? Fill process requires the trans be within a specified temp range. Did you follow that procedure?

Those air bubbles will work their way out of the fluid during normal use. The transmission case is vented at the top, so any excess air/pressure has a way to escape.

I followed the procedure as best as I can. The fluid did overheat to >50 degrees at some point and I stopped filling and left it overnight to cool down before starting again. Very messy and long job as I only had car jacks (no lift) and had to use syringe to transfer fluid. Hopefully, it all works out!
