yeah...I noticed..Just wondering if i had to remove the grills to install the scoop..they are a pain to remove

I don't know why but even when ED was launched on the LCI cars the M-Sports never got active aerodynamics while the non sports did.

What are you talking about? What is ED and what is active aerodynamics?

ED is efficient Dynamics and was introduced on the LCI 5 series (I'm not 100% the US had it but the rest of the world did). It includes various technology to make the cars more efficient including Reduced Rolling Resistance Tyres, Brake Energy Regeneration, Optimum Shift Indicator on manual cars and Active aerodynamics (which on the 5 is engine cooling flaps and brake cooling flaps which close when not needed to improve the aerodynamics and warmup cycle of the car. Although the engine cooling part isn't new it's just been rolled in with the rest).

Ok, thanks but it`s not answering why E60 build in year 2003 got thos Flaps and E60 build in year 2008 don`t?

I did answer that above. If it's a sport there are no flaps.
