the smell appear only when i turn off the A/C about 2 min.

did anyone know how to get rid of the smell?

Nick,

Tip : Keep your AC on all the time! If you have Advanced A/C the air is automatically humidified so you won't dry out. I even have mine on in winter (in the UK) to control the cabin climate.

Eagerly awaiting my 525i with all the trimmings - my 325 Touring has already gone back to the lease company !

If you leave it on all the time, aren't you just begging to wear out the A/C compressor and use up all the refrigerant? Just curious...

Nope, leaving tha a/c on all the time keeps it all in good working order. Using the a/c sparingly causes more problems.
