The air cond in my E60 can't switch off. The "Off" button does not work - it worked fine until last week. Now the air cond stays on until I switch off the engine. I don't normally switch off the air cond but I tried this last week and the button did not work. Anyone knows what's the problem before I send the car (under warranty) in. Thanks

Where do you live that you need AC right now? Boy, I wish I could be using my AC right now. Instead, we are getting our first snwofall here in NY and it's colder than a mofo!

I stay in Malaysia where it's 25-35C all year round... we don't see snow here. It's hot and air cond is a must.

Ok, we got it. No need to post it three times.

Only suggestion I can give is to disconnect the battery for an hour or so - you will lose clock and date, and possibly trip mileage - and see if it resets the climate control unit. But this sounds like a dealer problem, especially since you are still under warranty.
