Default Aftermarket Sound system help

I recently installed 2 subs an 2 6x9s powered by an aftermarket amp that takes speaker level input from the underfloor subs. Everything seems to work fine but when I turn the volume up the audio signal cuts out an wont come back till it switch the ignition off an on. The amp stays on so I think the problem is the head unit since all audio stops including the stock speakers that are not powered by the aftermarket amp, It defiantly seems volume dependant as I can lesson at moderate volume without any issues.

Is there any way to test if the M-ask is overheating?
What else could cause all audio to stop while the I drive continues to work?
Thanks

Something is over heating. You can see what errors the iDrive is throwing in INPA

I had a look this morning an the code is 9AFF SFZ: Resistance, firing circuit, safety battery terminal, too high . I tested with the IBS lead disconnected an it seemed to solve the problem, it played for longer an didn't cut out. I looked at the temperature for the M-ask Most loop an with IBS lead connected the audio stopped after a about two mins stock amp temperature was 48 C, without IBS connected I played for over 5 mins at full volume an temp stayed around 50 C. Not sure if this is a fix or not yet...

Do you know what temperature is normal for the stock amp in the head unit?

Is there any other temps I can read other than those found under Communication /Mask Most network /Status in INPA?

Thanks

You could be experiencing a noisy IBS.
