So the game starts once again next Thursday when I drop off my car, and the ZF rep gets to add his two cents while BMW tries to wiggle out from replacing my transmission again! :thumbsdown:
The first thing my SA said to me was that they already replaced the transmission, to which I replied many parts breakdown repeatedly during the life of a car....he reluctantly agreed to arrange the meeting with the ZF guy!
I'll keep you guys informed, but I can already feel this is going to be a BATTLE to get them to take care of this!

Maybe thats why they refuse to replace my tranny, they knew that it wouldn't fix the problem. Hope that they do the right thing for you.

Wow apparantly more and more members are having this slam as well. SOrry Dave to hear of this. Those friggen litttle mini coopers were fun though. Soooo sorry, I have a feeling this will be a battle too. There not going to want to budge again, damm fu$&ers!!!!!
