So after a short 22 month period of time with a new transmission, the damned thing is now starting to SLAM like the previous one did!!!
I can't believe this is happening again!
So the game starts once again next Thursday when I drop off my car, and the ZF rep gets to add his two cents while BMW tries to wiggle out from replacing my transmission again!
The first thing my SA said to me was that they already replaced the transmission, to which I replied many parts breakdown repeatedly during the life of a car....he reluctantly agreed to arrange the meeting with the ZF guy!
I'll keep you guys informed, but I can already feel this is going to be a BATTLE to get them to take care of this!

@ aretardedorange - I have less than 59K...and less than 10K since the transmission was replaced! My tails are Hella, but they are pre-LCI so they won't work on your car...there are many places to tint tails, somebody here would be able to suggest a good shop!
@ redEYEjedi - The dealership that replaced my transmission before (and hopefully again) is Bob Smith BMW in Calabasas!
@ MODGENEaTALS - Unfortunately they have mainly 328's now, so no fun to be had living out my own "Italian Job" adventure anymore!

My Ride: 2008 535, Alpine white with natural brown leather, premium package, cold weather package, sport package, fold down rear seats, iPod/iPhone adaptor.
My car deos this as well. I took it to the dealership and they said they could not replicate the issue. Any advice on how to get this issue resolved?
