Aero Kit Difference

What is the difference between the M Aero Kit and the M Tech kit? I hear and see discussion about it all time but I am not clear of there real a difference.

I searched the forum but could not find a definitive answer.

Thanks for you help!

In US, they call M Aero kit, but in Europe it's called M-tech kit. They're the same, but different price
