ok so i stopped behind a car yesterday and turned the wheel all the way top the right and the headlight followed but when i turned to the left it didnt turn.... how do i fix

If you were stopped, that's normal. With the car stopped it only turns to the right (anti-dazzling feature).
It will only turn left with car moving. Turning angle depends on the vehicle speed.

+1. That way you don't blind oncoming cars when pulling out parked from the curb. If you're in the UK, it would be the opposite.

You will know when there is a problem with your Adaptive Headlamps by looking at the green LED next to the switch... if its blinking green, something is not working correctly. If its solid green its fine.
