Has anyone here actually gotten service from the Customer Service Department? I don't mean to be too hard on them, but it does irritate me that they referred me to someone who told me I will have to go back to the dealer.

No... they just tell me to go back to the dealer and work with them... I have NO CLUE what the Customer Service Dept is there for.
