Active steering malfunction AGAIN!

replaced my battery and I still get it from time to time. I think it has to do with the steering wheel position, i think mine is offset just a bit. Just not worth going to the crappy dealerships in my area for a repair that's just annoying and not really effecting anything. I drive quite a bit on freeways mostly so still not really sure, def can't be the battery not recharging but i'll second brob that this is kinda ridiculous on such a high end vehicle.

Ok Check fluid level and top off if necessary (sue appropriate fluid)
Then do a reset for the active steering.
Start car
Turn all the way left
straighten
Turn all the way right
straighten
Turn all the way left
straighten
Turn all the way right
Straighten
Turn off car for 20 seconds
Restart car and drive
Then do a reset for the active steering.
Start car
Turn all the way left
straighten
Turn all the way right
straighten
Turn all the way left
straighten
Turn all the way right
Straighten
Turn off car for 20 seconds
Restart car and drive
