Is a 645i just a 545i in a nice suit? I doubt it.

not crazy at all i think the 5er is the most gorgeous car in the lineup-including all the new 3,7, z x6 and 1-and the 5er came out in late 03!

I actually like the look of the 6er very much, just not practical for me since I have 2 small boys. I need the extra rear seat space afforded me by the 5er.
Without question, unless you were punishing your boys!

I too of course luv the e60, hell I wanted one for a long time if you read the history on the board, but things worked as they did and im happily in my second e63 at this point

...if I couldn't have an e63, I woulda surely settled on an e60!

Besides, you also have an M and anything that is real M is badass. I think that back seat would be considered "cruel and unusual" to subject my boys to

The back seat would definitely fall OUTSIDE the military field manual's description on how to treat a captured combatant!!!!

The 6 is almost non-existent in the Northeast. I can't remember the last time I saw one. The 6 is limited, the 5 more universal in appeal. Like the new crossover/hatchback, BMW with the 6 is filling a market niche that really doesn't seem to exist.
