550i knock like diesel with AC on and parking in gear

I just noticed this when I drove through McDonald's Drive Thru.
A/C was on and I was driving in Manual mode. When approaching cashier window, I downshifted from 3rd to 2nd. Stopping at cashier window in 2nd gear (while holding the brake), I can hear my engine pings/knocks like diesel. Has anyone experienced this?
Please give it a try to see what I meant.
I think I have Progman/CIP 19.xx

Yes, in fact I experienced the same problem and when I went to the dealer, they checked the car thoroughly but they could not find any problem. He then suggested that I should change the fuel from (special) 95 octane to (super) 98 octane. It is much better now.

This is the thread that I'm talking about and I'm not sure if 550i has this problem? So far, Don Juan, Matt BMW of California, and I encounter this issue. Other 550i owners please chime in.

Mine happens in D or DS while stopped and pressing the brake with A/C on. Without A/C it gets very muffled. Will give you an update if the dealer fix is it before I changed my car...looking into an X5 as I need more room now
