I had mine dynoed and it pulled 282 hp with 290 torque. I think that sounds about right. It is currently a stock 2007 550i....I hope it pulls more after I do a few simple mods. I will keep you guys posted.

The Dinan S2 SW and exhaust only gave me 5 hp. Granted there is some other issue with my car but this is still depressing.

I just had my 550i dyno-ed prior installing the Dinan S2 SW and Exhaust. It only pulled 255hp at the wheels. The dealer grabbed another 550i off the lot and it pulled 278. These cars should be pulling 280+ at the wheel if they are getting 360 at the crank. Does anyone know who took my horsepower and what I need to do to get it back?
On M5's the Mass Airflow Sensor was the most likely cause of HP loss in an otherwise "healthy" car. Do you run a K&N oiled filter or drive on dirt roads alot? That can contaminate the MAFS. How many miles are on the car?

Also on the dyno chart, did it have a "normal" HP & Torque curve or did it have peak HP much lower than the 6300 RPMs it should?

Just got my car dynoed today using Mustang Dyno, I understand Mustang Dyno number tends to be a bit lower than Dynojet. Here is the result:

1st run: 289.8 HP/313.9 lb-ft

2nd run: 289.2 HP/297.4 lb-ft

3rd run: 288.9 HP/301.2 lb-ft

I think the torque is lower in the last two runs because the engine is getting hot. Now I just need to get the scanner to work.

These look like great runs and the highest HP so far for a 550 that I have seen. Good work!

Calculate the percentage of loss; apply appropriate percentage to your monthly payment. Ain't I a genius.

Is this stock?
Yes. I did ECU reflash a while ago but the gain (if any) was so little it's not even noticeable (I thought it was a rip off).

Recently, my software was upgraded, it wiped out everything so I'm back to stock.

To be honest, the most noticeable gain was when I replaced the spark plugs at 41K miles.
