Anyone around 6'3" or taller driving a 550?

Any problems?

I have 3 kids - what will the backseat be like with the driver seat all the way back?

I am 6'5" and I am very comfortable in the car. An adult can be behind me and we are both 'somewhat' comfortable, not bad though. with kids behind it is no problem...

I am 6' 3", 220 Lbs. I fit fine and I can have 4 passengers, no problem. The back leg room does get tight behind me, but the back of the drivers seat has indentions and if I pull mine up a bit, it makes a world of difference. Just put the smallest kid behind you and you will be fine.

Probably the only downside to having the seat all the way back is you sit almost even with the door pillar, but your visiblity is fine. And actually, my seat is not all the way back, as I prefer a more sporting driving position than the Laid back lean look.

Regards, Mike.

I'm 6'4" and the 550 is great! I do not have the seat all the way back, as that is not the best driving postion for me. I actually fit fairly well in the e90 3 series as well, but the car did feel cramped compared to the 5 series.

you wil be fine. I'm as tall as you and the car is big enough.
kids behind my seat are no problem. another person 6.4" behind the 6.4" driver might be a little problem for long drives....
