545iA Quirks

Howdy!
I bought a pre-owned Alpine-White 545iA without the Sport package from a local dealer in Dallas. I have noticed a few quirks I wanted to bounce of the group to see if anyone has experienced them before.
1) About every 5th start, the car will fire up and run ragged for about 5 seconds and then die. The next start is silky smooth. I have to believe it is a computer problem of some sort.
2) Sometimes when I get into the car with my keyfob, a chime will come on and a "key" symbol will light in the center infomation display. Since this does not always occur, I was wondering exactly what the "key" symbol is trying to tell me.
3) The in-dash CD will keep the current track information stored for only a few minutes after the ignition is turned off. After that, it reverts back to Track 1, which is annoying. The 6-disc changed does not do this, it always remembers where it left off.
Any ideas???
Jim
Thanks!

Numbers 2 and 3 are well known quirks and minor annoyances at worst. The first one I've never come across and is definitely something the dealer needs to look at.
2) The key sends out radio signals for security and various car settings, including moving the seat. This signal is apparently too strong in that it sets off the warning that the key has been left in the ignition while the door is open. Happens on my 545 ocassionally when leaving the car after I have pulled the key out.
3) everyone is having the same issue with the in dash CD player while te 6 disc is fine. My car was built Jan 2004 with an older software version. Others will chime in, but I believe the newest software version corrects this problem.

Thanks for the feedback. My V1 has been saving my tail for the better part of 2 years. I have a date with my service dept early next week - I'll be asking for all the updates!
