Hell the only things I can think about is not torqued all the way (27Nm), debris in pickup, or software issue. Did you clear the code and unplug negative terminal for a few mins to see if it would come back. This is a hard issue because there's not much to replace a sensor. Do you know the code it's throwing

Ok will have a look tomorrow (almost midnight here) and run another diagnostic. Everything was fine, apart from oil leak prior to changing switch. At least it stopped the leak 😆

Still not solved it. Cleared codes and left negative battery cable off for about 20 minutes. Oil pressure warning still there. Have checked outside temperature sensor and cleaned connection as apparent these can cause other faults if not working properly. Not had time to look at alternator. Battery is healthy and fully charged. Being a pre LCI car it has a dipstick for oil level. Is there also a level sensor near oil filter that might affect this?
