Default 545i Exhaust throttle valve/cutout

First post here for me and I could use some help with my new bmw.
The valve at the end of the exhaust, I want it to be open all the time but can't firuge it out.
I've heard you just need to plugout vacuum tube and plug it, but which?
I have tried three tubes, the one exhaust pipe and two behind the left rear light, but can't get it to stay open.
Here is some puctures:

On second picture you see the arm that pushes the valve, It does work when you push it so it havn't jammed up or anything but the spring is really stiff.

So my question is if anybody could help me. Maybe it dosn't work on this year model or something.
