My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
I travel for work a fair amount, so I have gotten into the habit of dropping the car off before I leave on a trip. That usually gives them enough time to finish the job. Prior to that, it took them two days to do and ECM and Bluetooth S/W upgrade.
I guess most of the dealers are similar - they don't have a clue on how to schedule time.
