I think it's a flawed design period. M5s dont have that design BMW knows what they're doing

I will say that for me the 545 made more of its 325 horses than the 550 did with its 360, the 550i really didn't feel any faster than its older brother.

Not sure what you are saying in regards to the 540? It's a smaller displacement N62.

The upgraded coolant pipe solution I posted is for the 4.4 & 4.8 N62 engines, which are found in the 545 and 550. I don't know if that company even makes one for the 540.

After more research I came with this, it can a problem, but it's not is wide as was on previous generation 745 and 540 engines. The BMW tech service told it?s almost gone with E60 models; he can?t remember when he has seen a car with this problem. He works for BMW for 15 years.

I had it, knowing that it still could possibly happen since the design is relatively the same would be the reason why I would stay away from any N62 if I were buying again, just me o2 cents

today I talked again with tech adviser and foreman shop, while picking up my car from service, they are both told me it's problem almost (don't remember even they have 550 with this problem) eliminated on 550 engines, they said the problem was on 745i in most cases, they don't know why.

That was nice of him to help you feel better about your car. Service advisers are literally pros at that.
