The 545's output will be boosted to I believe 355 HP for the 2006 model year with a new V8 engine. It still doesn't equal out the HP difference but the performance will acctually be similar to the M5. I'd guess the M5 will be mid 4's and the 545 will be low 5's 0-60. Ofcourse the M5 will be better but for us regular folks that's pretty damn good. Although, the 545 as it stands now is good enough for me!
