I'm still trying to get used to my new/used 2005 545. There is a hesiitation/stumble coming off the line just as you hit the gas. Car idles fine and has loads of power once the engine begins accelerating. But, it is annoying to feel that hesitation. It's almost as though the accelerator pedal is not attached.....I begin pushing down....and nothing....then as I push further the engine suddenly begins to accelerate rapidly. Makes it difficult for a smooth takeoff from a light. Is there a sensor or solenoid that controls fuel delivery that could be causing this?

I don't have one, and correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a Sprint Booster solve this problem?

I've just learned to live with it. The car is my daily driver, I'm not looking to mod it in any way, shape, or form. I already have a car for that purpose. LOL

Reset the transmission, and then get into the habit of doing it once a week! (That's what I do!!)

You will notice a difference. If you don't notice a difference try the reset again.

I had something similar issues from 1k to 1700 RPM I will not have any respond from the peddle and I would have punch the puddle and the RPM will launch to 2k +RPM to the point that your passengers would jolt into the seat, I felt like car was coming to her final days

I just recently had my 60k service last month , along with the 25 sec tranny reset ... Car is amazing , last week i read about cleaning the MAF Sensor ...so last night I cleaned my MAF Sensor and my ride Is super responsive feels agresive, I am keeping track of improved MPG

My car has never felt any better drives like a champ

Good luck
