?2064+VAT is very expensive for the M kit.

http://bmwmstyle.co.uk/E60.htm can supply, paint and fit the kit for ?1000 +VAT. That is original BMW parts. Big price difference.

The Tv you can retrofit which costs about ?650. Its beter to retrofit it than get it from the factory because you get a remote control when you retrofit it.

Finally you can remap it from DMS or Ac Schntizer. I would remap it by ACS because then there is no messing about with the warranty.

Flowerfred, it works out much better value if you pimp your existing car.

Much like Hartge, aren't ACS's EU4 solutions "still in development". I waited 6 months for Hartge and got bored waiting....

As I really like the sports kit, I am thinking about ordering one. I'm also thinking about remapping. I do not have HUD (as it wasn't available when I ordered) and I don't have TV. I quite fancy the Individual pack aswell, apart from the wheels, I think my 124's are nicer..
What do you experts think? Should I get my 530d updated or order a 535d Sport?
Considering it's almost full options I will take a big hit on depreciation I presume.

Fred, as I have been observing and hearing you yesterday I would say cancel the M5 and buy a MY 2006 535D instead. Don't pimp your current Bimmer and go for full Monty only (I didn't speak with your accountant though)

Did I make you even more hesitate now

BTW. hoe waren de fricandellen ?

The 2064 is VAT included and includes the rear spoiler and trunklid piece. I've contacted that company and they quoted me GBP 1325 VAT included for the kit and spoiler, painted and fitted but without the trunklid piece. Thanks for that link.

Mhoutman, I see where you are coming from. I am not sure indeed if the M5 is the car for me to live with every day, not in the last place due to the high mileage I do. I'm getting a half day test drive in the M5 in two weeks, so we'll see. After the test drive I'm going to let them do some calculations on the 535d.
