I have an 04 530i 6MT and my clutch is starting to slip. I want to get an aftermarket clutch to get more life out of the new clutch but the only clutch I can find online is the OEM clutch. Does anyone know if any other clutch (maybe 545i?) will fit my 530?

How many miles do you have on that clutch?
I am not sure but I think a clutch from a 545i or a 550i even from f10 550i might fit
I know guys with e90/92 335i put in F10 550i clutches because they hold a lot more power and has stock pedal feel

did you try calling around to the usual BMW tuners, i.e. UUC, Turner, Bavarian Autosport, etc?
I know UUC offers upgraded clutches for the V8 cars, you might want to talk it over with them and see if it'll fit.
