530i 2005 Problems

Wondering if anybody has experienced any of these problems and found solutions.
1) Passenger mirror gets stuck occasionally in tilted [reversing downward] position, switch is in correct position.
2) PDC fails intermittently, possible sensor issue.
3) Battery died for no apparent reason, after recharging all fine again. Have noticed that every time a door is opened, what seems to be the fuel pump primes the system for 2 seconds and the CD stacker does some work. I think this may be a faulty MIP module as I have no axillary device plugged in.
4) Front suspension rattles when driving over corrugated rods at low speeds.
5) Rear parcel shelf noise when body is twisted at low or high speeds.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would think all of those issues should be brought up to the service advisor ?
Especially # 4
