Hi!

I think I might have a problem with my 530dA. When i'm accelrating, and the engine rpm's are between 3500-3800 RPM, I hear a clicking noice :'(

I haven't had any such sounds before. I't just came the other day, and today I heard it again. The oil level is OK...

Does it come right side of the car? I have heard that long time and service said that I have too good hearing because its propably echo from spray nozzless or fuel pump. Can hear it only when slight acceleration.

hmm,, I't might come from the right side of the car.

I don't drive the car fast/high revs, but sometimes I give it full trottle on some nice empty motorways.

But there must be something wrong. I have never heard any noices like that before, and this strange sound just came up last week, at about 3500 RPM, and the same thing happend yesterday, also between 3500-3800 rpm..

:'(

And by the way, anyone in the car can hear it, during hard / fast accelrations.

I hope I will get it sorted out soon too.... The engine is as the car 1 year and 2 months old, and I have 50.000 km's on clock.. This engine should last for many more kilometers......
