530d poor starting

Its spent a day at the local dealer and they have told me the timing was out and the starter motor was drawing too much current. The car is booked in to have the starter and a few other items changed. I'm also trying to see if I can get them to enable MP3 playback on the CD player, they gave me a puma printout saying that the ccc does not play vbr mp3. My car does not play any mp3, cbr or vbr period.
Engine timing has been adjusted and it does start a lot smoother, starter is still a bit slow though.
Good service from them so far.
