I really need help with this one because the dealer isn't handling it very well. Their last idea was that it might be the belt drive. If anyone knows, please leave feedback!

that sounds like a stuck/sticking/partially sticking wastegate, or a turbo issue. It could also be a boost leak (any vacuum lines that are leaking). Check for a possible intake restriction also (clogged/restricted air filter). That does not sound belt drive related at all. Are boost readings normal?

 

Infact I have a friend @Audi service and when I went for help there they changed somekind of gasked in the turbo and the air filter, it was badly clogged up... But the noise returned in 3 days. Still having this problem. It sucks that the dealer isn't adequate enough to fix this.
