Hi Guys,
Want to change my air filter and clean the MAF before I take the car over to Europe mainland.
I've searched and have seen people mention that there is an Adobe PDF of the procedure (for removing engine trim, etc).
Can someone link me to this PDF please?
Thanks

undo screw holding engine cover, lift off engine cover
undo hex shaped screw clips on the pollen filter covers. lift, remove filters and covers
undo remaining hex shaped screw clips, release plastic support in the middle of pollen filter housing. lift, remove whole housing, splits into two parts
undo 6 screws holding down the front strut brace, the brace is under pressure, release screws abit at a time, remove brace
air filter housing is on the left hand side as you look at the engine from the front
remove all screws around the housing, the one at the back is a little difficult to get to. lift, remove housing
pull out old filter and replace
hope this helps, don`t think i missed anything, it`s an involved job just for something so simple. good luck

Is there likely to be any difference given the variance of my 530d engine (LCI model)?
Also, I notice you are UK based. Do you have like the standard business satnav radio thing? If so, what methods are you using to upgrade your audio (from your sig)? I'd like to get it sounding better too but was told it wasn't a simple job.
Thanks
