Hi All,

I need to reset my front brake pad indicator. I reset last time i changed the rear pads with out a problem.
This time round it seems to be abit of a pain, steps i followed:

Ignition on - red lights
press tacho reset button for 10 seconds
Brakes message appears - click tacho reset - RESET appears

at this point what do i do? i have tried pressing the tacho reset button, leaving it etc etc, it shows -9000 on the display, i think that happened on one of my attempts.
sometimes the -9000 dissapears and ---- signs appear, but then they revert back to -9000

any idea guys?

cheers

Hi,
When you hold the button in you get into service functions press each one until you come to front or rear breaks. hold button in and when reset comes up press and hold if it doesnt reset then you have probably been a tight arse and reused your sensor. How do i know this cause i was a tight arse and the sensor looked ok. It wasnt and when i put new one on it was ok and reset first time.

Good Luck
