SMG is awesome. The auto mode sux inmy opinion. The last time it was used was at the meet so that FF could try all options.
As you can tell, I do not think there is one person who has not enjoyed SMG since they have owned it.

The Auto mode on the SMG is more likely a "safety" thing, what prevents overrevving the engine and shifts just before you would do so...
It's not smooth at all... Total different than automatic...
