With my 2006 530i with Steptronics and sports package, I did some informal street timings, mostly using DTC off and a little brake-torquing, and the best runs were around 6.7 to 6.8 (DS or M mode didn't seem to make much difference). These were at sea-level, maybe 70ish degrees.
If anyone else has some sort of informal 0-60 timings to share please do, as i'm curious if my car can do better than that.

Whatever it is, it won't make the car an AMG killer, AMG Killer.
Always!

I saw a fixed-up Honda Civic beat a Ferrari 360 on local street once. From engine sound of the Ferrari, I can tell it's pushing it hard too.
Don't expect you guys to trust me, because I will never believe it without seeing it with my own eyes. I'll never race with the asian kids with fixed-up cars.
