Whats the history prior to the codes being thrown. Age of battery? Has the battery and alternator been tested?

No history, besides water pump, thermostat failure 3000 miles ago. Replaced alternator and battery 4 months ago.
Steering wheel isn't locked and gear selector switch will move thru out all gears without brake applied.

I'd suggest taking it to an indy specialist. I'm not saying have them fix it, just have them diagnose it. You can only do so much online troubleshooting. It is tough not being there in person to isolate modules. You have so many codes thrown, they're most likely not all valid.

You won't get reamed if you don't have them fix it. Just have them find out what is the root cause and then we'll help you fix it.

With all those codes you're looking at something that controls power that is having an issue. Since it doesn't start you are limited to what you can do. That Foxwell will only help you get the codes but you need to be able to see the modules. Personally after seeing those codes I would test the battery and hook it up to ISTA to diagnose it. If you don't have ISTA then you're stuck with taking it to someone who does. Common places you can look is the trunk and in the fan box to see if the MPM or ECM is damaged along with the connecters. As far as that you'd have to start testing electrical which will be time consuming without ISTA.

"Take it to an Indy" is a common thing because when it's something so complex and you don't have the necessary tools, it's easier to take it to someone who can troubleshoot it for you especially if it's a dead module and it has to be replaced. You'll end up taking it anyway because you don't have the means to code new or used modules. Honestly the issue can be anything and if I had it here in my garage it wouldn't take long for me to diagnose and tell you what you need but I can only point you to what steps should be taken. Hopefully what I've provided points you closer and you can give more detailed feedback to work towards a fix.
