I have a 525I 2004 right now. My lease is due on Nov. 10. I need to get a new ride.

Any gain from going 184hp to 215hp? Can you feel the difference?

Any different riding them..confortability, stabililty, and power? thanks.

is the 2006 525 more or less like a 530 2004?

Thanks

The old 525i has a 2.5 litre engine and the new one a 3.0 litre engine (in the US).
So you'll get a bit more strenght but otherwise the car is more or less the same.

The old 530i had a torgue of 300 Nm /3500 rpm and the new 530i the same torgue at 2500 rpm and some more hp.

With your prices in the US I would go for the 530i.

There are lots of good reasons to lease a vehicle in the US. I lease for the following reasons:
1) If I ever get wrongfully sued and loose no one can take my car away.
2) It is a write off against the business.
3) My income is consistently increasing and I may want to go for a 7 or luxury Hyrbid in the next year
4) The payment is ALOT lower and my residual is quite reasonable thanks to European Delivery.
5) I am paying the sales tax monthly and not upfront.
6) I am making more $$$ by putting my cash in leveraged real estate vs having it tied up in a car.
