i dont have xenon headlamps in my car so i tried to install xenon kits in to my car but they keep flickering then i tried to connect them via switching relay but i noticed rellay started riiping aswell then i checked voltage coming from the orignal headlamp grip it waz 12 volt untill i start the car when i start the car while hid kit or just rellay connected to the grip voltage goes mental voltmeter shows 13 17 19 dosent show one reading at all
