Have you checked with your dealer? I'm sure I've seen this in the extras catalogue.

I've looked and have yet to find something like this. Even a simple chrome cover would do for me. But that too is not available. Trust me, I've looked. http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=24420

If you cannot live with the happy fact that you are driving a swell car.

Doesn't fit the tailpipe on the 520d does go round b4 it enters the backbox but it is approx 75mm diameter, back to the drawing board!!!!!

IMHO the oval tailpipe looks better than the twin setup. Looks very butch and makes a power statement. But of course if you want other drivers to believe the car is a larger engined model the oval pipe has to go. The majority wouldn't know the difference.

Found this thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28633

Scroll down to post #18 and have a look at the chrome tailpipe. The owner confirms that the tailpipe costs 18 EUR at the dealer (see post #36). Is the E90/91 excaust the same as E60/61? It looks the same anyway.

The standard 320d exhaust is an oval one going downwards because it does not have a particle filter. On the option list of bmw you can take the option having a twin exhaust, but you are obliged for taking the option particle filter as well.

So I think there is a difference with 320d. I doubt it will fit on 520d.

I have seen exhaust from Schnitzer. Not a twin exhaust, but the edge of the exhaust looks like a twin one, except it is completely open in the center. You understand what a mean ?!?
