This may be the post that started the rumor...

[/quote]MY dealer told me they talked to a product specialist at BMW and there was no Navi upgrade.. Anyway, I told them to push my production to week 9. Who knows whom they talked to there.

It has already been posted on another thread that from week 9 production (March 05) the E60 will get the bird's eye 3D view on nav pro as part of a package of model upgrades.
The main question for existing nav pro owners now is will the upgrade be made available with a future i-drive software upgrade.

LCD touch screen does not have as high contrast as current LCD screen. You cannot see anything on the LCD touch screen under the sunlight.

I only cleaned mine in my GS300 and my wife's RX300 around every wash or so. I typically _really_ clean the inside every other wash or so.
With the kids, I've given up on her cars and take them to the car wash. I'm scarred of what I find under the seats...
No matter what, the Lexus GPS was the best. I really miss it. I use my NAV almost every day, and that one was as good as I've seen. I hear the new GS has an even better one.
My biggest beef with the car manuf. is that there is _almost never_ a DVD update. Lexus never updated mine in the 3 years I leased it. Now, I've had the 530 for a year (this week), and still on a Feb '04 DVD.
