After 3 weeks here are my only problems
1) CD player, somethings after car is off and restarted it does not start up where it left off.
2) BMW V60 phone-Works fine when inserted. After car is shut off and restarted the car does not Understand the Voice command "Dial Name" phone has to be removed and reinserted.
3) Navagation commands- when the commands are given it does not lower the radio or CD volume.
Car runs great, very inpressed with brakes! They stop on a dine!
Love the car!
I think my problems are all related to software problems and I am awaiting version 12!

 

I'll agree that after more than a month, it's all software issues that are a bit annoying. The drivability of the car makes me forget pretty quickly about the bugs!

I think I have way more phone problems than you do. My CPT9000 is currently pretty useless. If I get the car to recognize the phone, which is a crap shoot at best, the calls work as if I have the mic muted. Rarely can anyone actually hear me.

I'm pretty much waiting until v12 to see if things get fixed. If they don't get fixed by then, I may start to raise a little stink with the dealer and BMWNA. I'm not one to complain or cause any trouble but at this point, the only reason I sprung for the overpriced phone was because I pretty much decided that Bluetooth wasn't going to happen. Now, if after v12 I can't even use the v60, what did I buy?

 

I'm having the same problem with the cd player. It starts the disc over if the car is off for more than 15 minutes or so. Same with the climate defaulting to "auto", not what I it set at, e.g. 'off' Tsandas: I have the cpt 9000 scheduled for install in about a week. Should I cancel? Thanks again.

 

The Phone works great just the in out thing!
I would get it if I were you. For me it is just one problem.
Rudy is correct it is all software issues! I too am waiting for V12, then I will really complain! Anyone know when V12 is due?
