My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007

It seems that BMW is headed in a new direction. The rear looks identical to the new three coupe. The front also has a hint of the new 3 coupe in it. In my opinion, I like the current model better than this one!!!

Not sure about this one.

I like the rear with the low profile lights and twin exit exhaust but that front is looking too much like the current 3-Series Coupe. Which I really don't like!

Saying that though, I wasn't too keen on the E60 when they first released images but I now think it's one of the best looking cars on the road (biased? moi?)

It's another photoshop fake based on the E92 (and a particularly bad one at that).
This was has been around for a few weeks. I would say, ignore it and move on.

This is crazy. I think the computer generated pictures like ones above are showing anything but a future BMW model.

exactly, these CGIs of upcoming models are never even close to correct and are just created as filler for auto mags who can't do their own real spy work

I remember one of the first German mag impressions of the E60 before it was officially revealed - it looked great, very agressive front end. I thought 'I'm going to have one'.... But the eventual car looked nothing like that early impression - the first time I saw an E60 on the road (on a very early, cold and wet London morning) I actually felt sorry for the driver! (I was in an E46 coupe at time - the shape and stance of which I personally still love)

Of course the E60 grew on me...

I don't think they will keep the 166 wheels around for another model run. But I do want those wheels for my car now!!!

Sorry guys, I never thought my post would create such a controversy.I thought this would create some excitement for the members as it did for me.But I consider myself quite naive in IT,especally especially when it comes to its tricky applications. So whoever said " Looks are deceiving " got it right. I only hope that the new model be anything but the one shown above.

cheers,
jay
