finally had time to clean her up and make some pictures

replaced batteries in both key due to low charge warning
still one key is multifunction and dont want to start car on remote , only when inserted into ignition switch ( any help ? )
NAV software needs to be updated , cant upload 2013 map

Car is at dealer now for all kind of "small issues" aka

SUSPENSION / ACTIVE STEERING
Right upper control arm bolt was loose ( found RECALL BMW 550i 06V187000 )
I tightened it under load and my Indy did alignment / wheels balancing
Asked to keep real camber as less as possible and got -1,7 for both L and R
Due to alignment active steering light is on , need to activate

KEYS :
1. One key has multifunction error but car still can be fired up if key is inserted into switch
2. Another key is OK
3. Both batteries replaced recently

ENGINE/LAG in ACCELERATION
1. ECU and EGS adaptation value were reset on this car before but the issue was not solved
2. I asked for software update if this will help
3. I think car also has 5 sec cold start rough idle ?

Asked for IDRIVE/NAV firmware update

Congrats on the car! I recently got mine in February and I LOVE it ! The pick up and speed are amazing. I'm still feeling my way around it as well and this site has helped a lot with some random questions I come up with. It's also a good resource for mods.

good news !
dealer reprogrammed entire car ( 2010 550i M Sport ) and from what i feel the lag is almost gone
before it was like ,- you slow down and then you push gas and you got this "what do you want from me ahhh" for 0.5 sec and then there are 2-3 slights pushes before engine is aligned with the rear wheels
this was on any speed before and we talk about Drive mode , not about Sport mode
now there is no gap on a high speed and on a low speed you got only one push and it's really fast
not that lag is totally gone ( which i think is not possible for such a powerful engine ) but 70-80% improvement for sure
also i noticed slight ( maybe 0.5 MPG ) improvement in gas consuming on a HW ( drove 50 miles to another dealer as one which is near me is a total reap off )

what did you ask the dealer to do ? last time I was there they told me it was normal... Im like i get better response from my 98 540 with 196k sometimes I say to my self why did I buy this for

I'd stick with BMW oil. check this site, as they had an oil change package discounted recently ( BMW Parts and Accessories at GetBMWparts.com)

this is not new to me so nothing special about 550i AKA :

M5 should use only Castrol 10W-60
550i should use only XXX

any BMW LL-01 oil is fine for our cars ?

last but not least - tell them adaptation values were reset but still lags and
i request update software ( USC/EWS/iDrive) on my entire car and i cant drive with this lag
as it is dangerous to me as well as for the rest of people on the road bla bla bla
If not luck go to another dealer and find one who can do it
