Lease end miles and charges for excess are (always) negotiable ... especially if a store wants to get clean desirable pre-owned vehicles on their lot.

One risk you may have to weigh is how the (future) financial and vehicle sales issues may impact how BMW will structures leases and sale deals.

According to my dealer the new iDrive is coming to 5-series starting March production. There is also a slight possibility of V8tt to show up later next year.

Gentlemen,
I am about to order a 2009 535i. Will I be able to get the new i Drive on late-2008 production in GERMANY for my early-2009 delivery? Does anyone know if the new i Drive is only on MARCH/thereafter new-production?

how are you getting miles now at $.09? I thought they were closer to 16 or 17 cents, even in advance...?

Thats the deal I made when I leased the car, also I can buy them up to four months prior to lease end.
At the rate that I'm driving, I'll be at least 10,000 miles over my limit, ouch....
