I've been researching the forums, as well as contacting several wheel manufacturers, and have found the recommended wheel/tire size combination for a 2009 535i xdrive is, with H&R sport springs and Bilstein sport shocks/struts are:

front wheels - 19x8.5 [ET35 / 5x120 / 72.6 and tires 235/35/19
rear wheels - 19x9.5 [ET45 / 5x120 / 72.6 and tires 275/30/19

Problem is, I can't seem to find front tires with the recommended load index.

What do other owners with the set up run?

try a 245 in the front.
