I need to order a front driver side door carrier with comfort access for my 2008 550i and I'm getting confused on the (carrier with catch, with key left) and (carrier with catch, with code left). which one I need, help...

My Ride: E60 530d
don't know what your circumstances are, but the comfort access mechanism can simply be removed from any door and added to a door that didn't have them factory fitted. Look into the door handle sensors though...
