Default 2008 BMW 550i manual Chicagoland

if someone remember i had 2010 550i M SAT and sold it after 6 month

https://5series.net/forums/e60-discu...lution-129687/

Love the car but the reason i sold it was the SAT - jerks after jerks after jerks
I am looking now for similar 2008+ 550i LCI car with manual transmission in Chicago area

Found this

http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...61528558&Log=0

Anyone familiar / drove it ??

The price / miles are too high but this is the only manual with options i like around here

I know i know don't mess up with used car dealer but these manuals are so rare ...

thanks for help and MC !

Missing left and right lower front snap in black grid gills. Easy to replace. About 16.00 each.

I would be careful with dealer cars. If they cannot show you the maintenance history, move on. I prefer buying directly from owners because you can ask them questions directly. In a short time you will be able to tell if they really loved the car, and invested in the maintenance.

What I've done in the past is called dealers in the area that the car is located, and have the service department search the VIN to check service hisory. The usually can't give you copies of the records due to privacy issues, but a friendly service advisor can go through the history and give you an idea of what has been done.

And since you live in the area that the car is located, they are even more inclined to assist you in hopes to earn your business as a future customer. Good luck!
