2008 bmw 550i engine sputtering

I really don't know because it was at night so I just want to finish so I just did it. I didn't really sat down to see if pin were swap or whatnot. I know that they gave me a pin table and the new harness has different color on 3 wires but again don't know if they swap any pins. I looked at the old harness as well and it looks fine.

Oh for starting up the first time with the new EDK harness, the CEL was still there I but I drove it for about 5 mins and I noticed first in iDrive the msg was "All Systems OK" then the CEL just went away and that's all. I will update you guys again in couple of days.

Just an update, this seem to fix the problem. I've been driving for about two full day and it seems pretty normal.

Buy a BMWhat app with the device the plugs i to the OBD port

Give u an actual bmw fail codes and u can reset them and also u code a few things like close windows from the remote.
